I am Published!

Okay, so I should have included this in the New Year Round-up - but I guess it deserves it's own shot. In the summer of 2006, I proposed and had 2 patterns accepted into Get Hooked Again, edited by Kim Werker and published by Watson-Guptill. It's finally here in my grubby paws.

I'm excited. Beana is running around saying "My Mom is published." Wonder Hubby is impressed to see my name in a real book.



Here's my Crochet Anywhere Tote. (This is a scan of the book page. I learned after this to take good pix of my finished projects before I ship them out.)



And the accompanying Hook Roll.

The target audience is tweens and teens, so the colors are young and bold. I think it's cute and worked out well. There are embellishments on the outside of the hook roll of the flower variety - hence the illustrations on the pages.

All in all, I am pleased.
